  • The USB flash drive is plugged into the on hold player and will automatically download the audio file to its internal memory without the need to receive physical media such as a CD.
  • Once the audio file is loaded from the USB drive into the on hold player, you can unplug the memory drive from the unit and store it in your desk.
  • No additional software is required.
